I have Arial 10 set as the default font in Outlook.
When I go into the Notes section of a new Outlook Contact and choose Paste Special | Text Only, the pasted text appears as Arial 10. However, when I choose Use Destination Theme or simply use ctrl + V, the resulting font is +Body 11 or Calibri 11. Why is it not pasting as Arial 10?
Pasted text in Outlook is +Body 11, not my default font

If you open the contact and click in the Notes box before pasting, is the font set to Arial 10? (You can check this on the Format Text tab of the ribbon)
Best wishes,

What happens if you use and select "Paste Special"?

SlipStick has code to modify the notes field of Contacts. Maybe the code gives clues to the source of the formatting? Could it be linked to Word (as the Email Editor)? Not sure, but maybe this article provided some clues or solution.
