Firefox 40 is available through the internal update mechanism and from Download Firefox in your language.
Among the changes is improved support for Windows 10. See the release notes.

Two days later, Firefox 40.0.2 has been released (40.0.1 was available for a very short time but was immediately withdrawn). See Release notes (40.0.2).
