Does anyone know of a Word 2003 setting that determines whether or not UserForm changes in the VBE are saved automatically?
I noticed today that after making some changes, and closing the template without saving it, the changes are there when I open the template again. This seems different to the way Word usually works, and is different to the way that I'd expect it to work. The only "Tools | Options" boxes I have checked are "Prompt to save Normal template" and "Allow background saves".
Thanks.

Re: UserForm changes are saved automatically
Changes to a document or template (except for Normal.dot if you haven't ticked "Prompt to save Normal template") should NEVER be saved automatically. Perhaps you pressed Ctrl+S by accident at some moment? Or do you have code that saves the current document/template?
Best wishes,
