On a continuous form how can I set controls (text boxes & labels) for all records to visible/not visible depending on the value of a toggle in each record? This being shown for all records, not just the current one.
I suspect that this is impossible, but I live in hope.

That is not possible, indeed, for a continuous form contains only one set of controls. The only properties you can change in individual records are those that can be set in Conditional Formatting. The Visible property is not among those. You can set the Enabled property in Conditional Formatting though.

I can't see the 'Enabled' property in conditional formatting. Is that an Access 2010 thing?
