Hello again. Access 2007.
I have a form with a detail section and, in the form footer section, I have sums for the generated columns.
What I'm trying to do is to repeat this 'block' of data immediately underneath for the next project.
The Continuous Forms option repeats the details section, but is it possible to repeat this AND the form footer?
Thanks, Andy.

Re: Continuous form(s)
In a continuous form, Access will display as many (whole) records below each other as fit within the form. So the number of records actually displayed depends on (a) the height of the form, and (b) the height of the Detail section.
In the screenshot below, you see (part of) a main form (single) with a subform (continuous). The subform displays several records.

Thank you.
Then is it possible in your screenshot to repeat the whole subform (including the Order Subtotal(s)) immediately underneath? Andy.

That would require placing a copy of the subform on the main form, but I don't understand what purpose that would serve.

Hi.
I was trying to attach a pdf which is a screenshot showing how I would like the form to look, but it's too big.
Is there a way I can forward it to you please? Andy.
Actually, I took a screen shot and saved it as the attached Word document. Ta.

Does it help if you zip it?
If not, there's a link to e-mail the admins at the bottom of every Lounge page.

Re: Continuous form(s)
So what you want is a continuous subform within a continuous subform. Unfortunately, that is not possible in Access - a continuous form cannot have a subform.
You can create a report that displays the data this way, but not a form.

Re: Continuous form(s)
Thank you very much. It began to dawn on me that this would not be possible in a form.
