Hi Hans,

Hope you can help with the next challenge - I hope its the last one that I need to bother you with.

I have combined the queries to give me the data i need for my report, however, i get multiple lines for each QueryID when there is more than one HRA Member/Rostered Role it returns more than one row with all of the data. I would like to have the multiple names and roles but not the data repeated that is the same in each row. Is there a way to achieve this? I have attached a screen shot of the query results.

If you would still like to see the multiple names and roles, the query must by necessity repeat the other data.

On a report based on the query, you could group by QueryID, place the repeated fields in the group header, and place the HRA Member and Rostered Role in the Detail section.
