Hello.
How tricky might it be to create templates that would work in both Word 2010 and 2003? Similarly for email templates, I believe in Outlook 2010 and 2003?
This is something I may, or may not, get involved in and so am hoping to anticipate typical issues.
Regards, Andy.

Develop them in Office 2003. That way you won't be tempted to use features introduced in Office 2007/2010.
Don't use the FileSearch object in VBA (it's not available any more in Office 2007 and later).

@Hans Thank you.
I'll have to read into Outlook forms. Do they have to be saved in public folders before they can be sent to staff? I would have to check into the security implications as well. That is, can code behind them be stored centrally or on the 'super-users' computer? Does the code move with the form?
As I recall, code behind the forms can be VBScript or VBA(?).
Andy.

I don't know anything about Outlook forms, I'm just a simple IE user...
Best wishes,
