[Word 2013] Can you import/export outline numbered lists?

I miss the good old days of Word 2003 when migrating styles ensured that the associated outline numbering and keyboard shortcuts moved along with the styles.

How about outline numbering in Word 2013? Is there any way to import/export outline numbering?

Sorry. Word 2013 has made customization so complicated that I've forgotten what I've tried before.
