[Word 2013] Where is QAT customization stored?

I try to sync customization settings across multiple computers by locating personal templates (including Normal.dotm) in a Dropbox folder -- a tactic that I used even prior to Word 2013.

But with Word 2013, so many customization settings are not synced through Normal.dotm.

For example, I just discovered hat the QAT customization is not synced through multiple computers.

Where is that stored?

Customizations to both the ribbon and the QAT are stored in a file called Word.officeUI in the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office.

For others reading this: AppData is a hidden folder, so you must show hidden files, folders and drives in Windows Explorer in order to see it.
