This is a Windows 7 only utility from Nir Sofer author of the Nirsoft utilities to add or remove icons from the standard Windows Explorer toolbar which is normally fairly barren. Works on 32-bit & 64-bit Windows 7. See Custom Explorer Toolbar for more information and download link.
