Not Valid!

When I login to my MS Account that I use to sign in to my pc I get this:-

When I click on My Microsoft account, I get this:-

Any Idea what's wrong?

Your top picture suggests that you are already logged in...

That's true, then why when I click My Microsoft account does it claim it doesn't exist?
It also fails to show my email address, in this case it's Gmail.com.
I accessed another Microsoft account, this time my email address was shown and had full access to my Account. In this case a hotmail.com account.
