My neighbour uses Gmail and has been informed by a supermarket that an email address should be marked as trusted/safe sender.
I can't find a reference enabling me to carry this out; is any lounger able to help, please?
He's on Windows 11 (but didn't know that).
Thanks,

Re: Gmail - trusted email address
Do you mean that your neighbour should mark the supermarket's email address as safe? If so, they can do the following:
In Gmail, click the Settings cog wheel icon.
Click 'See all settings'.
Activate the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab.
Click 'Create a new filter'.
Enter the email address of the supermarket in the From box, leave the rest empty.
Click 'Create filter'.
Tick the check box 'Never send it to Spam'.
Click 'Create filter'.
Best wishes,
Hans
