Desktop Icons Not Showing

On a new Win 11 Pro Laptop, only the Recycle Bin is showing on the Desktop. As can be seen in the attachment, Show Desktop Icons is checked. How can I get the Network and the This PC icons to show on the Desktop?

Right-click an empty part of the desktop (that shouldn't be too hard), and select Personalize from the context menu.
Select Themes.
Click on 'Desktop icon settings'.

Tick the check boxes for the items you want to see.
Click OK.
