Docker SQL Server

I have MS SQL Server installed in Docker Desktop with a Linux operating system. Docker is installed on a MacBook and I access the server/database from a VMware virtual environment (Win11 Arm) with SSMS.

Is it possible to connect SSMS to the localhost? I can connect using the Macbook's IPAddress with an Internet connection but I don't always have connectivity when I travel.

Your suggestions are appreciated.
