I don't understand what this message is trying to tell me.
I found a download on Puma. I first downloaded the 32-bit version and installed it then realized what I'd done. I removed that version (using Settings > Apps). I then downloaded the 64-bit version but when I double click on the file name in Downloads I get the message panel above. I've never seen a message that says I have to do anything other than double click the file name to install an app.

I installed the 64-bit .EXE version of Sumatra PDF 3.3.3 yesterday from the webpage https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/downlo ... pdf-viewer without any problems.

The problem must have been a corrupted file. Using your link, I was able to download and install Sumatra 64-bit without any problem. I still think the error message more than a bit cryptic, though.
