Greetings,
I have just discovered something unsettling.
I have Outlook for Office 2016 Pro.
When I download the pictures for an Email, then delete the Email, I would expect the pictures to go with it.
Curiosity piqued, I did a little checking. This deletion seems not to occur.
Is there process which would allow me to identify and delete this (probably huge) amount of junk storage?

The built-in Windows tool Disk Cleanup and a utility such as CCleaner will probably take care of that. Both can remove all kinds of temporary files.
