Hello, while looking in Gmail's all settings, I found this link. https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated
Not sure what I should do with it incase I break something.

If you like to see advertisements related to what you've searched for on Google, watched on YouTube etc., leave ad personalization on. If you prefer random ads, turn it off. It won't break anything.

Hello Hans, I don't search using Google very often, so will leave as is. I use Ublock Origin, it does its work very well.
