IE 11 is showing as 200%+ whereas Google and all other apps are fine.
It started happening when I automatically started IE from VBA in Access.
How do I reduce it's size back to normal?

I am assuming that you mean the text. Hold the Ctrl button and press the '-' (minus) button. Once it is at 100% close the window. It should show up at that size next time.

An alternative mechanism to increase or reduce the size of the text displayed in a window is to
Hold down a Ctrl key and roll the mouse scroll wheel up or down.
