Is this the correct forum for asking Bluetooth question? If not, please move it to the correct one.
I have (I think) somehow unpaired my Skullcandy Sesh EVO earbuds from this HP workstation system. When I go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices, I saw what I thought were device model numbers. I initially saw 3 of them displayed. I could not identify any devices from those IDs. When I read a web page with instructions for pairing the earbuds, I see that they should appear when pairing as "Skullcandy Sesh" not as their device model number or some other designation.
Can anyone tell me how to identify devices using the model numbers - or whatever they are - that are displayed by Windows > Settings > Bluetooth & devices? I had no luck when I entered them in duckduckgo. One of them was apparently used by an Acer device. I don't have any Acer bluetooth devices.
Color me confused.
