Survey Links

Post by Ted Myers »

Hello, could anyone explain why Mozilla Firefox wont allow access to a Survey Link? Google Chrome does it instantly.

Could you post an example of the link(s) that Firefox doesn't allow?

Without the actual email itself, it is impossible (for me at least) to offer any suggestions. Perhaps someone else may be able to help.

As John has already said, the text of the email doesn't help us troubleshoot your problem. You need to copy and paste at least one of the links that work as expected in Chrome but not in Firefox.

I can confirm that this link opens fine for me in the DuckDuckGo browser and Microsoft Edge, but just has a rotating circle in FireFox.

And to add to the mystery, the link opens fine for me in BOTH Microsoft Edge and the 131.0.2 version of Firefox.

Like Stuart, I only get a rotating circle on my Firefox (latest version, fully up to date) but in Edge the link gives me a 'survey complete' page.

Following the link with FF 131.0.2 on Win 10 results in the spinning circle. Both FF 131.1 and Safari on my iPad display the page correctly.

You can try but if, as Paul says, it works in FF 131 but not FF 132 it's more likely to be a FF thing than a Windows thing.
