Perhaps they turned the bank off and on again.
 of course, that explains it

Banks have their own way of doing 'things under cover of darkness' and then leave customers to fumble about for solutions
One major bank here loves Edge but won't accept Chrome for full access to account.
But as my lady would say "It exercises your grey matter" ...

(As I type this I am belatedly upgrading her pc from W10 to 11 ... trusting that there are no issues arising :innocent: )

Indeed.
I have been under extreme stress, upgrading my lady's PC to W11 but all seems to have completed successfully ... apart from her Desktop Icons being messed up. Something for her grey matter

Ken, have you tried a Chrome browser? It it works, then the problem 'might' lie with Firefox settings. If Chrome works, then downloading a fresh copy of Fx and reinstalling might be worth a try.

Thanks for the suggestion Bob but the problem fixed itself about 20 hours after I first encountered it.

I have no desire to install Google Chrome.

Glad it is resolved for you, Ken.

I, too, have an aversion to Google's chrome, in fact, to all things Google. When I need a chrome-like browser I use Brave which is based on Chrome. Sometimes, it's the only thing that works. There are other browsers that are based on the Chrome model.
