Accounts Mix Up?
On my 3 laptops, (two Windows 11 Home + one Windows 10 Home) I use the same Gmail Email using the same PIN. I was attempting to check eaches security settings. On the Win 10, I could open the Settings, click my photo and get instant access without using an email or password. On the win 11 laptop, I wont print what happened except to say I never got access. Could you explain how to?
If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have NO luck at all.

Clicking on your user picture/avatar in Settings should take you to Accounts in Windows 11 too...
Best wishes,
Hans

I tried that Hans, all it did was open the Accounts page but nothing else.

But you're already logged in, aren't you? Why do you need to enter a password?
Best wishes,

Re: Accounts Mix Up?
Hi Joe, I was getting instant access to my MA on Win 10 laptop. It gave the correct email address but I never tried to access the password.
As the Win 10 had an hdd and was as slow as a snail plus the occasional BSOD I have wiped the pc never to be used again.
As for my 2 Win 11 laptops, I get instant access by using a PIN, I will leave well alone as I'm notorious for messing things up.
Thanks to all.

Re: Accounts Mix Up?
On trying to sign in to my MA, with a password, I had options to reset my pw or use another method. I picked Windows Hello PIN and got access. Could it be an update from Win 10 -Win 11?
