Showing which objects are hyperlinked?

In a slide deck my team is working on, we've been using a lot of Action Settings to instill a more interactive feel in the audiences.

During the editing process, however, it's difficult to see which objects on a slide have been linked to another slide or a custom slideshow. There is no visible queue. It leads to one member of the team deleting on object with an action setting accidentally.

In contrast, it's very easy to take note of which objects are animated in the animation pane, because a small icon appears next to each animated object.

Is there any way to show the objects that have active Action Settings?
