Wifi Not Connected If Different Place (Home)

hi all..
how to way connecting wifi if wihi not automatically detect signyal.
notification wifi not showing in right bottom laptop otherwise if in another place (different place) wifi working well..
how to add / connect new wifi from the new place.
anyone would like give me solution

In Windows you can go to Settings > Network & Internet > Show available networks
Make sure WiFi is turned on, select the network you want to connect to, enter the password, and check the box "Connect automatically"

Then it should connect every time you come back.
