OOps, Here is what I did.
The said addons were put onto Wordpad and saved as .docx. I can then edit it before using CutePDF Writer to make a PDF.
To read my PDF, I use PDF Xchange Viewer.

I enter certain words in the search box, then use the green finder to see what other addons have the same item.
