Report derive from Pivot table

Hi Gentlemen,

Please refer my attachment for better explanation.

I want a required format report from PIVOT table but every times ,I apply a lot of excel formulaes.

Is there any solution from this cumbersome excercise.
My final report is in Column H to K ,which is derived from Pivot.

How can we populate the same date in Pivot or can we easy to derive ?

This might well be done with PowerPivot and/or PowerQuery. I hope that someone else can help you with that.
