Using Chrome browser (not optional)
I have one user, when logging on to a health plan website, enters the correct username and password, but the "Submit" button does not activate. (it is grayed)
All 50 other users, myself included, login fine.
The web admin for the health plan has no idea.
Is this a "specific to this user's computer" issue?
Can you think of a remedy?
Any suggestions are welcome.

Re: Login entered-submit button not activated
Ask the user what Chrome extensions they have installed, and what their 'privacy and security' settings show

Re: Login entered-submit button not activated
Every computer is set the same. I am not sure what the settings are - assume they are the same as mine. IS this a cache issue or something like that?
And Thank you for taking the time to take a look.

There must be SOME difference between their computer and the ones that work properly. Are all these computers connecting from the same network? Can you double check that the Chrome settings and extensions are the same as on a working computer?
