Ran across this in WIn 7 program files and wondered why there are so many C++ entries? Fifteen to be exact.
Can I get rid of most or all of them? Totally unfamiliar with these things.

These libraries are needed by other programs. It's hard to tell which program needs which library, so unless you're running out of disk space, I'd leave them alone.
