I was looking for an image file that I saved earlier today using Everything and sorting on date to show those files were modified today. I was surprised to find a list of nearly 300 files of the sort in the screenshot below.
Where did these files come from? I have not downloaded anything from NVIDIA today. Is this malware or just the cost of using their graphics card? The only game I ever play on this system is spider solitaire. No one else uses this computer. I realize that these are very small files but they are on my SSHD and I see no reason for them. Can I delete them without causing problems?Where Does This Come From

They are probably for advertisements or something like that. You can safely delete all files in that folder; it might be wise to leave the folder itself.
