Chef John

Post by Cellmate »

For the Cooking Loungers:
I would like to introduce: Chef John.

He has a food blog which I think is wonderful.
He demonstrates how to make a dish. It's about the dish, the food, not about him.

Another thing I like about him is he doesn't edit out his mistakes. He mentions them and continues.

He likes to toss in some humor and (Loungers take note: silly puns!

Some find his sing-song voice a bit grating, but, not me!

Here he is demonstrating the French Omelet, just as a reference for y'all.

And as always, enjoy!

Seems you like buttering up the puns too.

OMG! I usually enjoy punning, but even with my logophilia I never seem to be able to keep up.
Those you point out were completely accidental and unintended!

Thanks for the heads up. I'm learning how to cook ... not to be a chef but because I find I enjoy the process. I'm sure I'll be watching more of Chef John.

Good luck; and if it succeeds, and tastes good, then package up and send me a piece. :yum:
