Eileen's Lounge is 5 years old

Dear fellow Loungers,

Eileen's Lounge was opened to the public five years ago, on 24 January 2010.

In those five years, you have asked many questions and posted lots of replies in the 'serious' forums, and you have provided entertainment in the form of jokes, funny pictures, puzzles, interesting facts, etc. etc. in the 'light relief' section.
Equally important, you have helped build a community of people from many parts of the world, from very different walks of life, who treat each other courteously and respect each other.
For that, we are tremendously grateful!

But enough of this serious talk - it's time to celebrate!

Congratulations and most sincere thanks to Charlotte, Claude, Hans, Leif, Mike and Stuart. This is a wonderful place, and although I don't post much these days, the Lounge is a part of my daily routine.
