Meet Now Icon in System tray

A new icon has appeared in my System Tray. Hovering over it displays "Meet Now", and right clicking offers the chance to set up a meeting.
I looked through this forum and found this, but there is no GoToMeeting app in Start | Settings | Apps on the PC.
Can this be got rid of, please?

I think it comes from Skype, but I can't see a way to get rid of it either

I had turned the icon off, but I assumed that Skype was still running and using up resources.
