After starting Windows 10, Outlook is starting up automatically. I have check the "start up" settings and the setting for Outlook is disabled.
Any suggestions?

Re: Outlook Starts Up
Did you use a tool such as Autoruns to check your startup?
Is Outlook completely shut down when you shut down the PC?
Have you used Task Manager to check that Outlook is actually shut down completely?

Re: Outlook Starts Up
Adding to Joe's reply: recent versions of Windows 10 automatically start applications that were active when you shut down Windows. So if Outlook was still running (perhaps invisibly) when you shut down, it would be restarted automatically.
Best wishes,

Joep/Hans,
I'll keep an eye on the Task Manager to ensure that Outlook has ended. It usually takes about 5-10 seconds to end but it is Windows
