For info: yet another issue caused by the Windows 10 1803 update
This update has broken the geolocation service in Internet Explorer - tested on 3 PCs
This has been reported to MS who have acknowledged it as a bug for attention (they didn't say when!)
I had been using this successfully in various versions of Windows from Win7 SP1 to Win10 version 1709 to get the current geolocation in Access.
See https://www.access-programmers.co.uk/fo ... p?t=299932 for a sample database.
To do so, I ran an HTML file from Access and VBA code always uses IE no matter which browser is the default
Removing the 1803 update, restored the functionality in all 3 test PCs
