Since updating to the latest Win 10 Creator's version on Dec. 15th. my Malwarebytes Premium version will not give me the full protection I am paying for. I cannot force the Real-Time Protection of "Exploit Protection" to remain in the "On" position. The only fix I found on the WEB was to shut down Malwarebytes and restart it. Apparently this works for some but it did not work for me. I called the tech support line that Malwarebytes has and the fellow took remote access of my machine and did not fox it. He wanted to forward me to second level support where there is a charge and he wanted them to remove Ccleaner and maybe other programs from my machine. Nothing has been installed on this machine since the latest Win 10 update so I am not at all wanting any programs, especially Ccleaner, removed. I have reinstalled Malwarebytes and that did not fix the problem. Any idea how I can make Malwarebytes real-time protection work again?
