Rearrange taskbar icons

In Win10, I have a number of icons pinned to my Taskbar (but there's still room). How can I rearrange the order of the icons? No "jump lists" are involved, just program icons.

You can simply drag and drop icons.

I tried that, by dragging an icon UP out of the Taskbar. It didn't like that. So after I got your response, I simply dragged my icon ALONG the Taskbar, and it moved!
