Mobile Hotspot missing in Windows 10 Enterprise version

how to add Mobile hotspot feature to windows 10 Enterprise version, in windows 10 Pro this feature is installed by default ?

Actually i need thus feature for some simple user who cant follow the procedure provided in the article. I was hopping that there will be away to bring this page Back on in windows enterprise version in some way.
In this case i belive we have to upgrade the windows from enterprise to pro.

Possibly (but it would be 'downgrade' rather than 'upgrade'...)

If this is a work PC the hotspot functionality may be disabled by group policy.

thanks JoeP , i noticed that this functionality is not available on all Enterprise versions, but on my Pro version, i can see it!

i found the solution and the issue is with the Windows build version not the Edition, all the windows editions ( HOme, Pro,Enterprise and education) should have this interface which allows users easily enable Mobile hotspot
so the users with the earlier version than 1607 will not see this option in the Network settings,
and in order to solve this issue, there is three options
1- update the windows using new iso file,
2- Windows UPdate from windows update service inside the windows
3- reinstall windows with the new built version
