Burning DVDs or CDs

I haven’t found a way, if there is any, to get Windows 10 to tell me when it recognizes a blank DVD or CD disk has been inserted into the burner drive. After a few seconds I can double click or Right click on that burner drive and see that the blank has been inserted and go from there. Being used to Windows 7 telling me there is a blank disk and giving me choices of what I want to do with it I am wondering if I can make Windows 10 do the same? So is there a way to make Windows 10 offer me choices of what I want to do when a bland DVD or CD disk is inserted into the drive?

Actually I just tried another computer and it did give me a "Tap To Choose" option so wonder why the other machine didn't. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm really not talking to myself on purpose. LOL However, I did find the solution under "Auto Play."

For others reading this thread:

Click the Start button, then select Settings from the Start menu.
Click Devices in the Settings app.
Click AutoPlay in the navigation pane on the left.
Make sure that "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices" is set to On.
Under "Removable drive", click the dropdown list and select "Ask me every time".
It should be effective immediately.

I find that I cannot get a fire hot enough to burn CDs and DVDs. Maybe I need a coke furnace supplemented with oxygen infusion.
