windows 10 - urgent

Thanks for looking at my post. I got a problem in where my Usb to serial converter is not connecting to hardware. There is no problem in converter and driver. I am using windows 10 tablet.

Have you checked to be sure it is Windows 10 compatible?

What is the make and model?

hardware is testing unit. Engine control unit which my university designed.

I'd contact the persons who designed the testing unit. I don't think we can determine what causes the problem.
