I have configured Windows 10 Action Centre notifications so that it displays a banner when Outlook email arrives, but it doesn't keep the notifications visible in the Action Centre.
For the past few days this has stopped working how I want, and Outlook notifications are showing in the Action Centre.
This may have started when I installed Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 (KB5007289), but that may just be a coincidence.
Windows 10 Home 21H1 build 19043.1348
Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2110 Build 16.0.14527.20234) 32-bit
Any suggestions?
This worked fine until a few days ago. While the banner was showing the Action Centre showed a notification but this disappeared with the banner. Action Centre notifications for Outlook

Re: Action Centre notifications for Outlook
Have you tried enabling "Show notifications in the Action Centre", shut down Outlook, restart Outlook, disable the notifications, shut down Outlook, restart Outlook?

For some reason I hadn't tried that exact combination Joe, now I have and it is all back to normal. Thank you.
