Android Doubles

Post by Ted Myers »

My brother has moved my data etc. from an oppo Smartphone version 10 to a Samsung Galaxy S22. Now I have a lot of apps double. I tried to delete the older or lower entry but the option was not available. What should I do please?

Is there a Samsung support web page or telephone center you can contact?

How about going into a phone repair shop and asking them? Or even try somewhere like Curries?

Please excuse the delayed response (no email notification) I tried to contact Samsung to ask what format a self added ringtone format should be without success. After trial & error it worked with .wav
If I get bored with the current setup I can do a factory reset as I still use my old phone and pc's
