Cant Contact

Hello Folks, can you help solve a mystery that Google Help are unable to?
I can contact a friend using Messenger, WhatsApp and Google Meet (formerly Duo)
He can contact me with the first 2 but not Meet, all it shows is Ted did not answer, almost instantly.
I have compared Android phone settings and they are both the same. Remove and replace never worked.

Does your friend use the correct Google account to try and contact you? Messenger and WhatsApp work via your mobile phone number, but Google Meet via your Google account.

Hello Hans, My friend bought a second hand uleFone Note 14 from a very reputable long time family friend, he cleared his data from it but not very successfully. So I did a factory reset, added wi fi passcode his email address which vastly improved it.
I got Messenger and his Eufy security camera to work. I have one or two other things to do prior to installing his SIM card. It makes it easier to find verification codes via SMS.
His other phones can access everything except Google Meet.

Fixed it, my phone was the troublesome item.
