Google-- iPhone inactivity wrong

When looking at Recommended Actions in Manage Your Google Account, I saw this:

"You haven't used Google on iPhone in 645 days. Remove this device so it no longer has access to your account"

I use the Google App constantly on the iphone. What is this referring to? Thank you

An old / your previous device? Did you upgrade your iPhone about 1 year 9 months ago?

It's an iPhone SE 2nd generation. The only one I have It is up-to-date. Thanks for the reply
