Gmail on Android

Hello, using the same Gmail account, I get different results on my phones.
I opened the app and selected Settings and got this:-

Samsung phone version 14.

Do you have an explanation that may help me?

"Active" and "Add a status" are related to the Chat feature. They are only shown if you have enabled Chat. To change this:
Scroll to the bottom of the menu.
Tap on Settings (the gear wheel icon).
Tap on your email address.
Scroll down to the General section.
Tap the Chat check box to toggle it on or off.
