Hi anyone,
I've connected two monitors to my windows 8.1 PC. One is a touch screen monitor and the second is a normal monitor that does not have the touch function.
I want the normal monitor to be the primary one and the touch monitor to be the secondary monitor.
But when I does so, the touch function of the touch monitor no longer has that function.
Is there a possibility so that the touch monitor maintains its touch function even though it's set as the secondary monitor.
Any help on this would be kindly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Two monitors on Windows 8.1
From How can I set up a touchscreen as the non-primary monitor in a dual monitor situation?:
See if that works for you (CPL = Control Panel).•Open Screen Resolution Settings (CPL -> Display -> Resolution)
•Set the touch monitor as the primary monitor
•Open Tablet PC Settings (CPL -> Tablet PC Settings)
•Select "Setup" to configure your pen and touch displays
•Go through the normal "enter" to skip, "touch" to indicate which screen is your touch screen
•Go back to Screen Resolution Settings
•Change the primary display any one you prefer to act as such.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Two monitors on Windows 8.1
Thanks for the help Hans. I've tried this several times. But its not working for me. if I set the non touch monitor as the primary, the touch monitor does not seem to work its touch function. But it works fine when its set to primary monitor.

Re: Two monitors on Windows 8.1
Hello,
Will this configuration process work with a Nintendo DS emulator that would use the main screen as, well, the main screen of the console, and the touch screen as, logically, the console's touch screen?
Thanks, and I hope it isn't something illegal to do where the forum is hosted ; it isn't where I live, but you're never sure with these regulations...
