Now it won't run a batch file, eg MyBatch.bat.
What is wrong with this system? Surely there must be some sort of legacy inheritance to support all those billions of users upgrading to Win8.
Anybody know how to run a batch file?
Thanks

Re: Win8 and BAT (Batch Files)
I have it working now, Hans.
I created the batch file using Ctrl-R then typed in NotePad then created the entries in the batch and then saved it.
And it works with the usual d/click.
Thanks
