Upload photos from a specific folder in phone to Facebook pa

Hi anyone,

Is there an option or application where I could upload photo's from a specific folder in my phone gallery to a specific folder that I've created in my Facebook page.

At the moment I could only upload to my Facebook timeline.

Any help on this would be kindly appreciated.
