Air Fryer

Post by Graeme »

We bought a new air fryer. I wasn't all that interested but then I saw one of those shopping channel demonstrations. The bloke laid out strips of bacon on greaseproof paper and laid beaten thin chicken on that. Then rolled it all up around some sausage meat, tied it up with string and put it on a rotisserie skewer. I thought I would have a go!

Mine had loads of chicken seasoning, garlic granules and a touch of chilli powder spread on the chicken.

Funny how it actually looks like a stuck pig!

It was nice.

Does sound delicious. My problem is I have 2 different styles/brands of air fryers and neither of them have a rotisserie in them or I would be anxious to try this. I suppose I could make an attempt and occasionally turn it manually, but that sounds like too much work and it probably would not be as evenly cooked. Still, it sounds great.
