Fish Pie

Post by johbot »

My neighbour went to Whyalla in South Australia over the Easter weekend and was rather successful in his fishing. I was presented with a 1.5kg snapper! I'm not very good at filletting so I ws looking for a recipe that didn't rely on good looking pieces of fish and found this http://www.exclusivelyfood.com.au/2006/ ... ecipe.htmlfish pie recipe.
It was quick, simple and really yummy.
Just needed to share!

Mmmm... that looks delicious and I've added fish pie to my list of recipes to try soonest. And I discovered a lovely braised lamb shank recipe from the website that is going on that same list.

They are selling a good bit of farmed Tilapia here in the states and I'll bet this would be a perfect recipe for that. Thanks for sharing !!
