Google Home - Start Google Music Playlist

I wasn't sure where to put this...

I'm looking for some code or process that will start playing a certain playlist on my google home.

I'd prefer something VBA-based, but I'm open to anything that works.

My ultimate goal is to be able to play any playlist by scanning an RFID card...but I really need to figure out the playlist playing piece, first. I have the cards & scanner and can figure out a way to convert the scanned card to a specific playlist...
